RESERVATION POLICIES:
  • All Units Non-Smoking
  • No Pets
  • Rates are per night and based on 1 or 2 people
  • Additional persons in room $10.00 each, Children under 12 (2) FREE
  • 8% Lodging Tax Not Included
  • Rates subject to change without notice
  • 2-night minimum on weekends in-season. Any units available for a Fri or Sat only are at market price. 2 night minimum weekends shoulder season.
  • 8 Day advance reservation suggested to guarantee rates
  • Efficencies 4 person max add $10 per night.
  • Day visitors subject to facility fee.
    • Guests of Guests or guest staying past checkout time or very early arrivals.
  • One nights deposit required on all reservations for motel rooms
  • 1/3 Deposit for 2 Bed Apartments
  • 8 Day Cancellation/Change notice required for deposit refund for motel rooms
  • 14 Day Cancellation/Change notice required for 2 Bed Apartments
  • $30 service charge on all refunds
  • Balance due upon arrival. Checks accepted for deposit only
  • No Refunds after Check-In. No Exceptions!
  • Maximum of 5 persons per double room
  • Rollaway bed are $5.00 per day.
  • No subletting.
  • 1 parking space per room
    Additional spots $20.00 per day
    Free on street parking adjacent to motel on 146th St.
    (Except Bike Week)
  • 2 bedroom apts. have a strict limit of 4 adults & two children. Guests found violating this rule will be asked to leave without refund.
